The Social Impact Manager, APAC will be an integral member of the Global CSR team and work very closely with the Brand and Communications Team and the Public Policy Team. The team's work spans a broad and diverse range of functions and workstreams, including designing and implementing social, climate and employee impact strategies as well as working collaboratively across disciplines to bring the right resources, expertise, and experience to each aspect of Environmental Social Governance (ESG). The mission of the team is to deliver positive social impact and environmental sustainability through our platform, products and people that increase brand trust and performance.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement and evaluate partnerships with NGOs and impact-driven organizations across APAC, aligning with global CSR strategy and business priorities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional colleagues to execute in-app campaigns around key global moments, including emergency response efforts
- Scale up nonprofit offering including donation sticker, ad credits, training and creator engagement to bolster real-world impact
- Advise product teams and business units on their CSR strategies, providing expert inputs to shape activations that drive the greatest impact
- Support wider CSR team on communications and storytelling efforts, employee engagement opportunities and representation at external conferences/forums
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in relevant fields such as social sciences, communications, business, operations or management
- Proven experience in building and executing social impact programs and industry best practices
- Strong project management skills and ability to report to multiple stakeholders, internal and external
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with external partners
