TikTok LIVE Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.- Deeply understand LIVE campaigns scenario, responsible for campaign platform building, coordinating the entire project process, providing practical solutions, promoting tool empowerment, and improving overall operational efficiency.

We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for live streaming, video, and social platforms to join us in 2025. As a graduate, you will be responsible for enhancing TikTok's live streaming experience, iterating on interactive features, and optimizing monetization strategies. Your work will directly impact engagement, revenue, and user experience in one of the fastest-growing entertainment ecosystems.

Responsibilities:
1. Join the product team to help shape features that support business owners in acquiring leads through TikTok Live. Assist in creating successful merchant cases across industries and contribute to a high-quality content ecosystem.
2. Help research industry-specific workflows and identify opportunities for innovation in live commerce. Support the team in designing core product features such as go-live tools, traffic recommendation, lead collection, and marketing utilities.
3. Assist in defining data metrics, analyzing product performance, and continuously iterating product solutions based on user feedback and business goals.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations, strategy, security, and global teams to support product launches and ecosystem growth.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above. Capable of working in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
2. Internship experience on the internet, product, or related fields is a plus - especially in live streaming, content creation, or business platforms.
3. Strong logical thinking, willingness to learn, and ability to work in teams.
4. Passion for product development, user experience, and data-driven decision making.
5. Interest in global markets and innovative business models such as knowledge monetization or professional services is a plus.
