TikTok's SMB team aims to help businesses, agencies and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. To help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric strategic mindset. You will be doing so by designing and executing scaled sales & service delivery strategies, as well as ensuring that our customers have the right tools and product at their fingertips.
We are looking for a passionate New Business Development Executive focusing on High Value Acquisition (HVA) for our UKI market to focus on acquiring and managing new business clients for TikTok. We are helping our customers on the TikTok platform, educating, aligning advertising strategies, and increasing their campaign performance. You will be working with some of the most exciting and innovative new businesses on the platform for the UKI market, helping grow the region as a whole with your regional peers in Account Management and Agency. Success in this position requires business acumen, a passion for sales and business acquisition, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities:
- Build, manage & convert a pipeline of new clients in the UKI markets.
- Qualify, pitch and close new high potential business opportunities for the TikTok Ads Platform.
- Design compelling advertising strategies, demonstrate early client success on the platform, and stay up to date with TikTok product updates to be the go-to expert on new advertising product launches
- Collaborate with marketing teams on lead generation initiatives across your region.
- Consult with decision makers and align TikTok Ads strategies with identified marketing and business objectives.
- Onboard new clients onto the TikTok Ads Platform and set them up for long-term success
- Consistently reach or exceed performance goals, whilst delivering a best-in-class experience to clients
- Serve as the ambassador of TikTok for all product adoption related activities
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in a sales and/or business development environment
- As this role works in the UKI market, fluent verbal and written language skills in English are essential to be a success in this role
- Experience in pipeline building through prospecting and outreaching to new customers
- Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information with honesty and integrity
- As you will be working with a range of stakeholders, from c-level to media leaders, excellent communication and presentation/pitching skills
- A passion to learn in a fast paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to think independently and strategically to propose recommended solutions to C-level executives and/or marketing decision makers
- Proven track record of exceeding performance targets and experience working in a sales or account management role within the small business ecosystem.
- Understanding of digital advertising & campaign management and knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
