Responsibilities
Our SMB Account Manager Sales team is responsible for delivering on programs and processes that drive growth in our fast-growing SMB segment of advertisers. As a Account Manager for our CEEI market you will support innovative scalable sales programs across a diverse set of customers, focusing on driving revenue and product adoption with our Romanian speaking customers. You will play a critical role in providing a variety of services that address our advertiser needs, and also in helping to identify opportunities to scale projects and drive ROI across the SMB long tail. Success in this position requires a passion for supporting clients, strong analytical skills, a focus on processes and operations and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and account management skills, digital marketing/advertising expertise, and experience working with SMBs and agency partners.

Responsibilities:
- Manage customer expectations and maintain high engagement on the platform
- Develop business growth of the assigned territory through different programs and initiatives
- Drive revenue for TikTok by supporting scalable sales programs across a variety of direct clients and agencies.
- Drive product adoption and educate clients and agencies in a scalable fashion.
- Work towards strategic goals while providing an excellent customer experience
- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic services and programs.
- Serve as the ambassador of TikTok for all adoption related activities
- Proactively seek for new ways to bring added value to your customers and colleagues
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Deep industry experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and advertising experience
- Ability to perform and adapt in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment, with a level of autonomy
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker, who will thrive in an innovative organisations
- As you will be working with a range of stakeholders, from C-Suite to media leaders, excellent communication and presentation/pitching skills
- Ability to manage initiatives, projects, and cross functional stakeholders across a regions and organisations
- Extensive experience using sales or project based systems, such as CRM systems
- As this role works in the Romanian market, fluent verbal and written language skills in Romanian and English are required to be a success in this role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
- Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying.
- Experience working in a sales or account management role within the small business ecosystem.
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
- Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
- Any additional CEEI (Central, Eastern European and Israeli) based languages would be a benefit!
