TikTok's SMB team aims to help businesses, agencies and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. To help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric strategic mindstep. You will be doing so by designing and executing scaled sales & service delivery strategies, as well as ensuring that our customers have the right tools and product at their fingertips.
We're looking for a dynamic, passionate SMB Account Manager with a digital advertising background to join our growing Account Management team in Dublin. You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with high value SMB advertisers in a one to many structure with the goal of activating, nurturing and growing accounts. You will look to establish and strengthen your client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to help shape and sell scalable solutions to grow and support SMB customers.

Responsibilities:
1. Raise the bar - Be results focused, grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with SMB clients. Identify and create compelling sales propositions utilising internal and external data for clients in specific regions, industries or objectives that can be pitched en masse with minimal customization
2. Make your own discoveries - Grow a deep understanding of TikTok's products, processes and tools. Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues.
3. Assume ownership - Work with small and medium clients to optimize and improve the performance of their TikTok campaigns and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale. Understand their business objectives and determine the right course of action with a view on helping them grow their business.
4. Embrace change as an opportunity - You will have a growth mindset: learning if you don't understand, accepting challenges, growing through failure; viewing uncertainty as an opportunity to thrive.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years account management or sales experience - internships/placements and academic work experience counts!
- Demonstrable experience or knowledge of the marketing/social media/advertising industry with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
- Passionate about TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals with a large book of business.
- Critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set
- Team working skills, ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact
- This role covers the DACH region, excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English is essential for the success of this role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to think independently and strategically to propose recommended solutions to c-level executives and/or marketing decision makers
- Proven track record of exceeding performance targets
- Understanding of digital advertising & campaign management
