TikTok LIVE-Regional Operations-Japan aims to empower a safe, authentic, and inclusive LIVE environment and provide the best real-time experience that cultivates a sense of belonging, enhances real-life experience, enables diverse businesses and provides economic opportunities for people to interact in real-time. Members with high motivation to grow gather, and there is a culture of open discussion from a qualitative and quantitative point of view.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for growing creators on TikTok LIVE, promoting the use of viewers, and monetizing through measures such as campaigns and events.
-In order to facilitate the growth of creators and expand the community on TikTok LIVE, you will be responsible for planning strategies and tactics to connect short videos created by LIVE creators and encourage LIVE viewership. Additionally, you will support the development and growth of creators and agencies.

-Planning and accumulating expertise in strategies for utilizing short videos by LIVE creators.
-Providing education and conducting workshops for LIVE creators and agencies.
-Planning and executing strategies for operating TikTok LIVE's official media, creating video content, and promoting content.
-Managing goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as conducting data analysis.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
-Over 5 years of professional experience.
-Strong interest and understanding of the live streaming industry.
-Sensitivity to formats and trends, with flexibility to handle diverse content creation.
-High proficiency in data analysis skills.
-Business level of English and Japanese
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in an international and diverse environment.
Preferred Qualifications
-Previous experience in the live streaming industry.
-Experience working in the entertainment industry.
-Experience managing accounts on platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram.
-Experience in video production and direction.
-Business-level proficiency in Mandarin to speak with external clients.
