As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Collect and organize information based on market trends and business needs. Conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Campaign Operations: Carry out the configuration of campaigns and related channels. Regularly optimize and streamline processes. Conduct analysis of data from relevant channels and activities to provide decision-making basis for iterative improvements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data from various promotional strategies and conduct post-analysis of these strategies to provide insights.
- Daily Operations: Communication with XFN to improve campaign registration rates and ensure the achievement of objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in end-to-end e-commerce campaign management.
- Strong proficiency in office software, with excellent data analysis and execution skills.
- Commitment to a minimum 6-month internship, available 5 days a week.
Preferred Qualifications
- E-Commerce & Analytical Skills - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and campaign management.
- Adaptability, Time Management & Strong Responsibility - A high sense of responsibility, proactive mindset, and ability to adapt to industry changes while efficiently managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Communication & Problem-Solving - Ability to collaborate and interact with cross functional teams and solve issues efficiently
