About The Team:
As a Brand Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for fashion brands on ShopTokopedia. Your responsibility will be to ensure the success and growth of brands on the platform through tailored support, strategic guidance, and performance optimization. You will work closely with Brands to maximize GMV, improve product visibility, and enhance customer experience. Your goal will be to foster strong, long-lasting relationships with brands, ensuring they succeed on the platform while meeting business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of fashion brand partners, providing strategic direction and support to optimize their performance on the platform.
- Growth Strategy: Develop tailored strategies to help brands increase their sales and brand visibility, leveraging platform tools, data insights, and promotional opportunities.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that highlight brand products, increasing exposure and driving traffic.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor the performance of assigned brands, analyze data (e.g., GMV, conversion rates, customer engagement), and recommend actionable improvements.
- Problem-Solving: Address any operational issues or challenges faced by brands, ensuring smooth transactions and satisfaction.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand Partnership team to facilitate the onboarding process and with the product team to address any platform-related issues.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as the brand's advocate within the platform, ensuring that their needs are addressed and their objectives are met.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in account management or category management.
- Experience in managing key accounts and driving business growth.
- Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the e-commerce sector or within the fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of the fashion industry, e-commerce platforms, and consumer behavior.
- Experience working with data analytics tools.
