Responsibilities
Perform data analysis to analyze user issues to optimize internal SaaS product and conduct reporting to stakeholders on top issues.
Collaborate with engineering, product managers, or other stakeholders to technically troubleshoot platform user issues and ensure the reported technical issues are resolved.
Increase team efficiency by analyzing metrics, supporting training projects, and implementing solutions via user feedback projects.
Work cross-functionally with the business, product, or engineering teams to build workflow processes and support product optimizations.
Work with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives to increase the efficiency of operations workflow.
Assist and support training projects and user feedback projects.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Technology Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Technology Management, Business
Administration, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
Working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and UX teams, to analyze technical data, and assist users in solving technical issues in SaaS platforms;
Identifying malfunctions of SaaS applications, including security risks, and working with cross functional teams to optimize the performance of SaaS applications; and
Utilizing Excel and SQL to create and update dashboards.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $107453 - $151112 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
