With the mission of "Inspiring New Life and Helping Good Business", Local Service is committed to becoming the most trusted local service platform for users and partners.
In Local Services, through POI, Video, LIVE, Search, and other various products, services and roles related to life are creatively connected, making the daily life experience richer, more unique and more innovative.
At the same time, Local Services creates an inclusive and fair healthy business environment, helping merchants, service providers, creators and other roles to continuously create revenue and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
1. Build up the governance strategy structure for Local Services, with a focus on content & listing governance strategy.
2. Provide excellent user experience by building up various c-end products, such as violation centers and education centers, to drive better performance for creators and merchants on Local Services.
3. Effective collaboration with internal teams such as algorithms, RD, and operations, to optimise the governance strategy process and improve strategy efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with minimally 5 years of local service/e-commerce industry related product experience, and at least 3 years of product strategy experience
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
3. Strong data analysis skills, sensitive to data, and able to deep dive data to identify opportunities and problems.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Good product structure sense and a global perspective.
2. Strong collaboration skills, empathy, and patience.
