Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven individuals for our Signal Growth Operations team. This role is responsible for driving the successful planning, implementation, and scaling of signal adoption initiatives, collaborating closely with Sales, Product teams, and cross-functional units. This position will focus on enhancing our data connection suite of products and drive sustainable growth for our commercial customers. Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Sales team to deeply understand signal adoption pain points, form business requirements and prioritize solutions to influence the direction signal growth and adoption.

- Partner with Global Product Strategy teams on the debriefing of cross vertical signal adoption efforts. Make recommendations from insight to drive best practice and adoption growth.
- Partner with sales on pitching, objection handling and driving overall signal / performance advertising conversations while, identifying and solving for gaps in the narrative.
- Understand the needs and demands of our customers, and bridge the gaps between teams and clients.
- Become the Subject Matter Expert of TikTok's data connections suite of products and how to leverage these products to achieve our commercial customer's goals. Own customer onboarding and training, organize routine workshops and webinars on new product features, best practice sharing, and feedback collection.
- Provide campaign-level operational support to ensure an optimized customer experience.
- Conduct revenue management and resource planning to provide critical inputs for product strategy, set up effective incentive policies to drive sustainable product adoption growth.
- Prioritize, distill and surface market intelligence to shape future the future of our data connection strategy.
- Maximise value from signal adoption across the region / vertical by tracking adoption curves.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional programs and initiatives to overcome barriers in adoption.
- Training / educating vertical teams on understanding of the benefits of secure data connections.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or above. MBA preferred.
- 3 to 4+ years of product marketing or performance campaign management experience and digital ad products.
- 4+ years of experience from the digital advertising industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes.
- A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
- A commercial mindset with experience building business cases focused around product / feature development and innovation.
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
- Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with major publisher platform in performance advertising campaign management, media buying, working with S2S configurations, Events API
- Experience in B2B marketing campaigns
- Experience working with programmatic media
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128000 - $290160 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
