The TikTok Shop Ads Product team builds solutions that help merchants grow their businesses on TikTok by optimizing ad experiences throughout the shopping funnel. These tailored tools enable merchants, brands, and creators to showcase and sell products directly through in-feed videos, LIVEs, the product showcase tab, and the shopping center (2nd tab in the TikTok app). TikTok Shop is currently available in Southeast Asia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the team and lead the development and scaling of TikTok Shop ad products. The ideal candidate will have strong product intuition, design expertise, and a proven track record in building digital advertising products and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design ad products that integrate into TikTok's native user experience, enhancing the consumer shopping journey.
- Define and execute a product strategy and roadmap for TikTok Shop ads, managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, operations, and demand generation for successful development and implementation.
- Analyze business challenges, identify U.S. market-specific client needs and pain points, and implement strategies for TikTok Shop ad solutions to drive performance.
- Assess product performance and customer feedback to optimize ad solutions and deliver maximum value for merchants and brands.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of product management experience, managing products from concept to launch and optimization.
- 3+ years of experience building digital advertising products.
- Ability to influence product management and engineering teams, and work with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical and business concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to define challenges and implement solutions.
- Fast learner with strong judgment and creative thinking abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills in global, cross-functional roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in performance advertising, particularly in e-commerce or shopping ads.
- Experience in fast-paced environments, particularly in startups or rapidly evolving industries.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165000 - $311000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
