The Search Ads team sits within the TikTok Monetization Product (TTMP) organization servicing TikTok For Business. We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to solve brand new problems and find innovative product solutions for TikTok Search Monetization. Tiktok search is growing rapidly and becoming more and more attractive to users by providing interesting, useful and relevant video search results. These solutions aim to improve the search traffic monetization efficiency and search ad relevance.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for vertical-specific search ad solutions, optimizing performance for key industries such as e-commerce, travel, entertainment and automobile
- Enhance Catalog Ads Optimization by improving the efficiency and relevance of product-based search ads, ensuring seamless user experience and advertiser ROI.
- Develop vertical-focused ad formats and auction dynamics to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product marketing managers, and sales teams to ensure smooth product development and go-to-market execution.
- Define success metrics, conduct A/B tests, and analyze performance data to drive continuous product improvement.
- Partner with commercial teams to expand top advertiser adoption and enhance sales enablement strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics) or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years experience in online advertising or search engines in a product management function, or 5+ years of relevant technical experience (i.e. Engineering, Data Science, or other)
- Deep understanding of and experience in digital advertising
- Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
- Excellent documentation, presentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in search advertising
-Proficient in English and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading and writing. Cross-cultural working/studying experience is preferred. Both English and Mandarin skill sets will help you to evaluate case analysis and investigations

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165120 - $510720 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
