Responsibilities
Establish, implement, and maintain a privacy technical audit program and global business privacy protection program.
Ensure that all product/feature implementations are reviewed, audited and evidenced before all critical launches.
Provide guidance to the internal and external teams working on the Technical Audit process.
Responsible for risk identification, governance, improvement, tracking, and post-evaluation of data protection, to address data protection pain points.
Establish and promote both process and technical systems of business privacy protection.
Ensure risk convergence and privacy protection technology land in business scenarios.
Participate in technical discussions with engineering and information security peers.
Track and benchmark the latest domestic and international legal and regulatory requirements, and promote data and privacy gaps in the rectification process continued.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field, and three years of related work experience; OR, a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field, and five years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have three years of experience in each of the following:
Architecting and continuously improving security or privacy technology stacks, processes and procedures, support models, and cross-function interactions;
Managing key stakeholder relationships and gathering data to build and improve security or privacy compliance programs aimed at improving security or privacy posture;
Managing security or privacy compliance projects or programs involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplan, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcome;
Managing project or program risk and issues related to meeting deadlines, project schedule, resourcing, or budget by identifying, communicating, and triaging resolution;
Identifying opportunities to improve security or privacy compliance processes and systems; and
Developing, maintaining, and improving security or privacy compliance policies and procedures.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $202134 - $360000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
