About the Team
TikTok LIVE enables Creators to create compelling live content and enable real-time interactions with users. We provide users with a unique content experience while enabling Creators to provide more direct users interaction and deeper engagement with their fans. The TikTok USDS LIVE team consists of passionate Product & Operation Professionals, Data Analysts, and Strategists who safeguard TikTok's US user data and join forces with cross-functional teams to derive actionable insights from US user data and create a vibrant, fun, and safe space for users.
In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Responsibilities
- As a Senior Analyst for TikTok LIVE, USDS team, you will play a critical role in helping drive the growth and success of our team;
- Work closely with management and internal stakeholders to define business requirements, analytical needs and execution strategy; Highlight gaps in current workflows and surface next priorities;
- Work closely with cross-functional partners from Product, Analytical, Operations, and Legal & Compliance to drive execution and excellence and align resources to deliver business missions;
- Lead data driven projects from end to end;
- Understand TikTok USDS Privacy, Safety, and Security guidelines, as well as business partners' priorities across TikTok LIVE team, be the bridge and advocate to build the utmost confidence in the security of TikTok LIVE business.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or Master's degree preferred, with 5+ years of working experience
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, working with SQL and/or other data processing language
- 3+ years of experience in leading data-driven projects
- Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills
- Speed, resourcefulness, and go-getter attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience of working on UCG or PGC products
- Experience of leading complex data-driven projects that involve multiple cross-functional teams
- Experience working in ambiguity, achieving results in a fast-paced environment, and continually adapting to changing business needs

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $101080 - $220611 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
