TikTok Shop Live serves as a central hub where users can easily discover promotions (campaigns & flash sales), access a wider product assortment from across our TikTok Shop merchants recommended through shoppable content (in-feed video, product showcase, and LIVEs), as well as manage their orders all natively within one tab.

Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities:
- Work together with US seller live team, support communication with US sellers, and maintain a tiered management system
- Develop localized livestream strategies for US audiences, including product selection, scriptwriting, and interactive campaigns (e.g. holiday promotions, viral trends)
- Analyze live performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content strategy and improve conversion rates
- Leverage different channels to educate newly launched LIVE sellers
- Collaborate with the XFN team to align sellers' promotions with overall marketing initiatives
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a BS/MS degree
- Must be able to work at least 30 hours a week in our LA office, starting as soon as possible
- Experience with TikTok livestream tools
- Ability to translate market insights into executable plans (e.g. Niche category identification)
- Data-driven, proficient in Excel/Sheets, analyzing metrics from data tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
