This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.

About the team
The Global E- commerce Team is responsible for capturing and identifying user's e-commerce intention and operating the whole process to promote GMV. Some of the projects you will be part of: commerce recommendation, EC labelling, EC evaluation and EC events.

Our mission is to build and strengthen user awareness that they can shop on TikTok; Also to enhance the usage frequency of the search function and stimulate users' e commerce search needs. While improving user's search experience, accelerate the e-commerce business to grow.

What will I be doing?
- Responsible for TikTok Global e-commerce search-related work, accountable for user experience and conversion data within the e-commerce search section.
- Responsible for the operation of Global e-commerce search product recommendations, including requirement follow-up, data quality control, performance evaluation, experimental analysis, and new product feature launches, responsible for search penetration.
- Collaborate with promotion teams, industries team, product manager team, and RD teams to optimize the product experience and conversion efficiency of product recommendations. Refine search efficiency and experience through fine-grained optimization based on scenarios, industries, user groups, and query intents.
- Responsible for mining user search intent, and trending words in the EU region and US/MX/BR markets to promote e-commerce conversion in the search scenario.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in internet e-commerce search operations or related fields.
- Understanding of basic e-commerce search functions, concepts, and logic
- Strong data sensitivity and business acumen. Excellent data analysis skills, capable of developing and implementing optimization solutions based on current business and data conditions.
- Proficiency in project management, process building, and implementation skills. Experience in independently managing projects, strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills.
- Highly motivated to learn and work enthusiastically, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with search product
- Flexible with work schedule and different time zones-Global scope.
- Team management experience

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $143555 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
