Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

Search Operations works closely with Product and R&D teams inTikTok, CapCut, Resso and Lemon 8 and also cooperates with Global E-commerce and monetization teams on operational/product/business strategy, features and events operating, product form optimization, project design and management, operation planning, infrastructure and platform service and aims to improve searchuser experience, contribute significant DAU impact and drive for increment in traffic, revenue and GMV.

What would I be doing?
- Quality inspection of evaluated data and daily tasks of specialists.
- Localize the policies, be responsible for policy training, and align the policy updates
- Conduct calibration meetings with the team in the appeal process: analyze different cases, record and evaluate their performance, and offer solutions and suggestions for the current problem to help the team improve the accuracy rate and alignment
- Work closely with the product operations team in order to provide feedback on data quality
- Willing to work with sensitive issues that include child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, adult & sexual content and any other duties as assigned

Training Management
- You will be localizing the policy guidelines designing training schedules, coordinating and liaise with key stakeholders including BPO or internal team members to ensure that all members successfully go-live within the targeted time frame.
- You will deliver process/product/policy training in the classroom and/or virtually to new joiners.
- You will be involved in setting up product knowledge tests, sharing result analysis and working with key stakeholders to improve the product knowledge of the team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (local language).
- 1 year of experience as a Content Specialist or Content Reviewer.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Have completed a Bachelor's degree or above.
- 1 year of experience as a Quality Assurance in Content or Customer Service.
- Good knowledge of search engines, and familiarity with social media platforms.
- An in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users.
