Building a world where people can safely discover, create and connect. The Trust & Safety (T&S) team at TikTok helps ensure that our global online community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
The Search and Account Safety Operations team will assume a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of TikTok's search and account domains, implementing operational processes, and overseeing day-to-day activities. By proactively addressing safety concerns and enhancing operational efficiency, the team will significantly contribute to TikTok's mission of providing a safe, smooth, and enjoyable search experience for users worldwide.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure adherence to established guidelines and standards.
- Monitor the quality of content review for complex and high-quality content and ensure credible quality result output.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement that will enhance the review of complex content.
- Provide feedback to team members about quality performance outcomes, analysis, and interpretation of data.
- Develop and implement training for team members to enhance the quality of their work output.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish quality improvement goals, targets, and priorities.
- Create and execute projects aimed at enhancing the priority and quality of content review.
- Communicate outlined expectations and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Participate in other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the team lead.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Fluent in English and Korean
- Proven experience in quality control and continuous improvement in high-quality and complex content review.
- Excellent content analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing and implementing training programs.
- Experience working with content review tools and processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
