About the role:
The Creator team is seeking for an enthusiastic creator manager to support the TikTok Creator strategy. This person will be responsible for understanding emerging creator communities, how they address TikTok's creator ecosystem needs, reaching out to these communities, developing them on TikTok as creators, and creating a dedicated scaled strategy for the FR market.
This role requires a passion for creators, creativity, and technology. The ideal candidate should be excited about working in fast-paced environments and on multiple projects simultaneously. We are looking for individuals who are flexible, can find solutions to ambiguous problems, be resourceful, and bring positivity to the work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support Scaled Creator Management Programs: assist in the execution of scalable strategies to effectively manage and engage creators on the platform.
- Content Diversification Support: assist in initiatives to diversify content on the platform, collaborating with creators and communities to enhance the overall ecosystem.
- Local Market Support: support local adaptation of scaled creator educational programs from Central or Regional teams, contribute insights and feedback to inform local program customization.
- Multi-Channel Networks Management: ensuring alignment with local, regional and central strategies.
- Performance Data Analysis: assist in collecting and analyzing performance data related to scaled creator programs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Language proficiency: Business proficiency in writing, reading, and speaking in English & French is desired based on regional requirements.
- Experience with creator management/creator economy.
- Regional knowledge of the creator ecosystem.
- Experience in event and project management.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation trends.
