Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to join TikTok Local Service team. This role is responsible for supporting the agency business line in achieving its revenue goals by effectively managing and optimizing budget allocation strategy. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales operations, financial analysis, and budget management, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish sales targets, design incentive programs and policies for agencies; track results and calculate incentives based on performance.
- Develop and deliver necessary training programs and materials to educate agencies on processes, tools, and systems.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop the annual budget and resource planning for the agency business.
- Conduct regular budget reviews and variance analysis to identify areas of over or under-spending and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in resource management, budget control, strategic analysis, and sales operations. Prior experience in high-growth tech startups and advertising is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent ability to analyze and solve problems; great logical and data sensitivity
- Communicate fluently in both English and Chinese.

- Maintain a get-it-done mindset: Be motivated to work hard and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a self-starter attitude: You should be able to initiate and drive complex analysis to completion with minimal guidance while synthesizing and communicating insights effectively.
