Team Introduction
Our team aims to help businesses and brands unleash their marketing strategies, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth, continually looking for ways to deliver real value to all our stakeholders, internal and external, and across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Implement key growth initiatives in collaboration with sales, TikTok Shop (TTS), Douyin and cross-functional teams, to drive the export business revenue of Global Business Solution (GBS)
- Drive strategic integration between TTS, Douyin and GBS, consolidating insights across different categories and markets
- Act as a key liaison between GBS and cross-functional teams in the development of operational playbooks, best practices, and process alignment initiatives
- Understand business problems via data, and translate problems into structured project scope that directly drive actions that maximize revenue and business value
- Work and collaborate with cross-functional teams that includes Sales, Client Solutions, Operations and deliver educational content in a useful and appealing way to all stakeholders
- Engage in Sales enablement and client support activities to proactively assist in conversations that unlock revenue, and generate inbound insights on product & operational barriers
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years or above professional working experience (preferably in Advertising or Internet e-commerce industry)
- Excellent Project planning and Management skills: Ability to lead, support and run projects across the region by piloting new ideas, crafting roadmap and collaboratively deliver to achieve short and long term objectives
- Senior stakeholder management: Ability to work, communicate and socialize complex ideas with senior business leaders
- Cross-functional collaborations: Work with both external and internal cross departments like sales, category account managers, campaign teams, and marketing teams
- English professional proficiency is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred work experience in Project Management, Consulting, Strategy, Advertising solutions, Marketing
- Growth mindset, always day 1 mentality and resilience to collaboratively achieve breakthroughs with team
- Strategic and Analytic mindset: Ability to understand and digest data analysis & output, to interpret and translate into strategic insights and implementable initiatives
