Team Introduction
Our Sales Organization is looking for interns to support TikTok's monetization efforts. You'll work with brands of all sizes, helping them connect with audiences through authentic content while gaining hands-on experience in business prospecting, campaign development, and ad performance analysis.
This internship offers real exposure to digital marketing and sales strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May/June 2025. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship start dates below:

Tuesday May 27 (Memorial Day May 26)
Monday, June 9
Monday, June 23
We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates. Please state your availability clearly in your resume (Start date, End date).
Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee ad campaign execution and performance, providing insights on content trends while ensuring brand safety.
- Partner with APM, BPMs and CSMs on RFP responses, campaign ideation, and execution alongside sales and account leads.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses of campaign performance and reporting to identify inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and implement best practices.
- Develop post-campaign recap reports, highlighting key insights and learnings to share with clients and internal cross-functional teams.
- Support ad account setup, tagging, and operational processes to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Skilled in data analysis, with the ability to derive meaningful insights.
- Effective communicator with a proactive, self-motivated mindset.
- Passionate about optimizing workflows and developing solutions to improve efficiency.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Driven to make a meaningful impact on the sales organization and broader business.
- Deep understanding and enthusiasm for digital marketing and sales operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship experience in sales or marketing.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Passionate about social media trends and digital marketing.
- Strong academic foundation in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Discreet and professional in handling confidential information with integrity.
