The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. They work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.
Our Training experts play an essential part in ensuring that our teams are always on top of their game; rolling out and delivering a wide variety of training from new product knowledge to policy updates or general professional and self-development learning opportunities, and more!
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging training experiences to diverse audiences including internal sales teams and external clients
- Create scalable learning solutions for both internal and external clients
- Maintain a solid understanding of TikTok advertising solutions and advertiser ad policies in order to be an effective educator for both internal and external audiences
- Coordinate with marketing on external-facing materials designed for agencies in order to disseminate content - both internally and externally
- Curate and centralize learning content (videos, guides, presentations, playbooks etc.) for ease of access and use by all teams
- Focus on impact measurement via training program data collection and analysis ( e.g surveys, assessments, certification, etc.)
- Support other learning projects as needed
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven professional experience in a similar scope training role
- Passion for learning and people development
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with the ability to learn quickly
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
- Highly collaborative
Preferred Qualifications:
- Comfortable with driving for clarity in ambiguous situations
- A can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet timelines on deliverables
- Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills, multiple languages will be a plus
