Responsibilities
We are seeking a regulatory project manager to join our team and work alongside the European Regulatory Legal teams across a variety of regulatory work streams.
Responsibilities
- Support key regulatory workstreams across investigations, regulatory commitments and implementations, and other legal and regulatory projects
- Coordinate communication and collaboration across the EU regulatory teams, the wider Legal team, and cross-functionally to develop and execute effective projects
- Grasp relevant regulatory issues and concepts to establish an appropriate approach for each project
- Develop and maintain standardised processes, scalable solutions, and information libraries, leveraging and optimising technology and resources

- Develop and operate tools to manage and track projects, identify blockers, and coordinate solutions cross-functionally
- Organize and conduct meetings, create and present dashboards and reports including to leadership
- Maintain and track detailed project/programme activity to monitor progress against our goals, with project reporting to leadership throughout project/programme lifecycle
- Monitor and report on project performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, and budget adherence
- Manage and operate tools to manage and track projects, identify blockers, and coordinate solutions cross-functionally
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of project management;
- Demonstrated experience in operations, project management, ideally at a regulated global company or management consultancy
- Experience with design, development, implementation of and working within compliance strategies, governance, and frameworks within a global company
- Analytical thinking experience with ability to deliver on time while juggling numerous responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good critical and logical thinking.
- Adaptable, fast learner and highly motivated with experience in operations
- Detail-oriented, with proven ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-functional environment
- Proficiency in project management tools; ability to learn new tools and use them to create automated processes
- Very strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach to solving problems
