About the Team :
Our mission is to drive growth, improve operational efficiency and foster positive experiences for creators and agencies alike, resulting in a fun and safe space for all our LIVE users.
As part of this, we're currently looking for an Operations Intern who will work closely with the TikTok LIVE UK team based in London. If the intern demonstrates strong performance, they may be considered for a full-time graduate role starting in 2026.

Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Assist in resolving various issues encountered by creators during the LIVE process by addressing day-to-day challenges including trust and safety concerns, operational hurdles and technical issues
- Training and Education: Assist in developing and/or localising educational materials for creators, ensuring they are well-versed in operational guidelines, trust and safety policies and platform features
- Campaign Operations: Support in planning, localising and executing campaigns to help deliver a seamless experience for creators, as well as summarising and analysing campaign results to identify future improvements
- Operational Processes: Deep-dive operational challenges faced by Creator Managers in their daily workflows and help to implement improvements in order to increase team's overall operational efficiency
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and available to start in Jun 2025 at the latest
- Able to start as soon as possible for internship lasting at least 3 months (6 months is preferred)
- Fluent English in addition to strong communication and writing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytic background with extensive experience of using data to inform decision-making
- Experience of live-streaming either as a creator or a consumer, good understanding of broader media landscape
- Ability to work largely autonomously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
