From executing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise and sales acumen with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok.
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and experienced marketer to join our SMB Marketing team as the Philippines Marketing Manager. Our team is the first to meet, inspire and engage prospecting SMBs. We are at the start of the sales funnel and responsible for generating and nurturing new high value SMB prospects through strategic partnerships with external partners and activation of the leads through diverse marketing initiatives, lead nurturing programs, and collaboration with diverse internal/external stakeholders. Our ultimate goal as a team is to empower new businesses and agencies to successfully start TikTok advertising and grow their business through TikTok's diverse advertising products. The Philippines Marketing Manager will deliver on the SMB growth objectives through full funnel marketing initiatives, with key priorities on lead generation and activation. As the Marketing Manager, you strategise, build, successfully execute and continuously iterate on the regional and Philippines go-to-market strategies. This is a role that will require a balance of creative, strategic and ambitious thinking with strong attention to detail, obsession with clients and data, hands-on attitude and ability to pivot the business efficiently.

Responsibilities
1. Develop multi-channel, scalable activation strategy and go-to-market plan to grow the pipeline for small medium businesses in Philippines, driving new cash activated accounts and revenue growth in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Design, oversee and execute marketing campaign solutions working in close collaboration with cross functional partners incl. Sales, Marketing Solutions, Growth, Product, Vendor, TikTok Shop and external partners, to drive demand for TikTok for Business advertising solutions.
3. Build or adapt compelling program narratives, content and marketing assets to address unique market needs, including by leveraging market insights to inform content needs, and owning the communication of content strategies and timelines to cross functional partners and stakeholders
4. Create and lead full-funnel seasonal and evergreen campaigns (both online and offline), to a variety of audiences (advertisers, agencies, end users), including developing and executing events that align with business objectives and drive business goals
5. Develop and execute marketing strategies across various digital platforms.
6. Track and evaluate campaign performance and provide timely reporting on optimization opportunities and learnings that can be scaled to other campaigns, and/or across other APAC regions
7. Oversee the execution of campaign and content strategies through the management of third party vendors / agencies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 5 years of experience in B2B marketing for Small & Medium Businesses industry in Philippines, and ideally with experience working across APAC markets
2. Strong knowledge of media sales and marketing processes, with an understanding of TikTok for Business advertising solutions as a plus
3. Strong understanding of and proven success in digital marketing strategies, email and messaging marketing tactics, organic and paid media tactics, and lead management
4. Experience at a highly dynamic, high-growth tech company or consulting
5. Excellent organization and project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple complex projects at once, and a proven track record of building and executing programs with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders
6. Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change

1. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data
2. Have a commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretched performance goals
3. Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead from ideation to execution
4. Creativity and a strong grasp of market trends and consumer behavior to craft strategies that align with business objectives and maximize market impact
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build, manage and influence agencies/ virtual teams (e.g. partners, agencies, remote marketing teams) and interface effectively with and influence different management levels.
