About the Role
As the Regional Analysis & Prevention Lead, you will lead a specialized team dedicated to conducting root causes of Trust and Safety risks, uncovering systemic vulnerabilities, implementing immediate containment actions and working with downstream teams to develop long-term prevention strategies. Your team will work closely with cross-functional partners across policy, product, operations, and engineering to ensure gaps are proactively identified and mitigated at scale.
This role requires a data-driven, strategic leader with a deep understanding of the risk lifecycle within a trust and safety ecosystem. Your team will leverage advanced technical and analytical expertise to detect emerging patterns and risk signals within large datasets. They will develop deep systems knowledge and apply strong critical thinking skills to pinpoint failure points and systemic weaknesses.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Analysis & Prevention Analysts, responsible for investigating platform trends and risks to (1) implement immediate containment strategies and (2) generate insights that drive long-term solutions across Policy, Product, and Operations.
- Manage the performance and goals of your team, develop the roadmap, and take responsibility for key metrics.
- Serve as the regional point of contact for A&P, delivering data-driven insights, risk trend reports, and strategic recommendations to inform leadership decision making.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive the effectiveness of root cause analysis (RCA) recommendations, ensuring proper implementation, tracking, and reporting of impact.
- Influence and collaborate with key stakeholders by providing actionable insights into platform vulnerabilities and emerging risks, shaping risk mitigation strategies at scale.
- Standardize and drive adoption of methodologies and best practices for RCA, risk analysis, and containment efforts, ensuring consistency in approach across regions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Analysis, or Investigations within a tech platform, consulting firm, or regulatory body.
- Proven leadership expertise, including team management, objective setting, and performance evaluation.
- In-depth knowledge of the risk lifecycle, encompassing detection, containment, and prevention strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to guide teams in developing clear, data-driven insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, working across Policy, Product, Engineering, and Operations to drive impact.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and align teams toward strategic goals.
