About the Team :
The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. They work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.
Responsibilities :
- Analyse trends and provide insights to improve quality performance across TikTok ads products.
- Build dashboards and measure performance of key metrics to improve moderation guidance and policy implementation.
- Lead qualitative insight programmes to engage key stakeholders, conduct reviews of feedback, and craft opportunities to improve / address their concerns.
- Build a prediction model for identifying global trends and performance issues.
- Define, structure and summarise large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data into digestible information and actionable insights for audiences via reports, dashboards, and interactive visualisation.
- Understand and evaluate the impact of upcoming policy/product/process changes on the operation and support the execution of these changes effectively.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree
- Good understanding and interest in policy development, quality improvement and data analysis in the tech sector
- Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player
- Be able to think and work analytically and critically.
- A self-motivated individual who is able to work independently, and as a team member in a complex and ambiguous environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2+ years in an investigative, data science, or trust and safety role.
- Prior experience in a technical field
- Deep understanding of social media and tech environment
- Experience working and communicating in an environment and with international stakeholders.
