About the team
TikTok's Global Gaming team is responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient and effective experiences for our major partners and internal stakeholders to support organic and live gaming content growth. Primarily, this will be delivered through program management and QBR infrastructure for our global gaming businesses.
The Publisher Program Manager will directly manage our high-profile global content programs, including content partnerships and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end program management for content partnerships and global collaborations.
- Deliver owned and operated product GTM and partner accelerators programs.
- Build infrastructure to streamline and scale the team processes and provide two-way feedback loops, seamless internal visibility and communication.
- Build and collaborate with virtual teams of Regional Content Operations and XFN teams to flawelessly execute content programs.
- Create frameworks, templates, best practice playbooks and resources for regional programme execution.
- Support management of internal and external stakeholders to set and exceed performance goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- BS/BA and 5+ years of relevant experience in either LIVE Gaming, Content Gaming or similar roles in an internet or technology company.
- Have a deep understanding and insights of the key metrics and measurements in content and creator operations, understanding of local business dynamics, including intellectual curiosity to dive deeper into key issues versus accepting a cursory understanding of the creator and gaming marketplace.
- Natural collaborator with the ability to drive alignment among various stakeholders throughout the company to reach a common understanding and set of metrics: Marketing, Sales, Product, Data, Algo, Engineering.
- Creative approach to internal operation that fully appreciates the unique value TikTok creates for our partners
- Understanding of key business priorities, including the ability to clearly articulate key issues, recommend solutions, and kick off projects to serve those core business priorities. Organizational skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with other stakeholder teams as well as senior leadership.
- The ability to meet deadlines and drive strong execution in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment as a consensus builder across disparate business units with occasionally conflicting KPIs.
- Experience in product management preferred.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $106000 - $156750 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
