About the Team :
The Chief of Staff will manage high-priority/strategic projects and oversee the department operations for the Global Business Solutions team. In partnership with the General Manager and Leadership team, you will support the smooth running of the Global Business Solutions business by aligning our day-to-day operations with our broader strategic priorities and plans.
Responsibilities :
- Act as administrative business partner to General Manager and Leadership team through optimising calendars for strategic priorities, acting as a key liaison between cross-functional (departmental and regional) stakeholders, and coordinating travel and invoice and expense management for the General Manager and Leadership team.

- Manage leadership operations by driving agendas, optimising cadences and preparing data-driven insights to enable key business decisions.
- Take end-to-end ownership of the strategic planning and internal communications processes, including but not limited to company OKRs, performance metric reporting and the design and facilitation of company offsites and all-hands (Town Hall) meetings.
- Project management of all Global Business Solutions and cross-functional strategic projects.
- Operational Metrics & Reporting: Develop and implement systems for tracking operational performance and business KPIs, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Support the General Manager and Leadership team to prepare for key meetings and presentations through coordinating and assisting in the building of materials.
- Providing support for ad hoc tasks to ensure that the Global Business Solutions team is running smoothly.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive/Team Assistant in a fast-paced high-performance environment
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute and deliver data-driven results whilst adapting to shifting priorities
- Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated track record of managing multiple complex projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

- A proactive approach to problem solving with a focus on execution, ensuring tasks and projects are delivered to a high standard
- Outstanding stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- Ability to work autonomously and is a proactive self-starter
