Responsibilities
The TikTok LIVE Ecosystem team's mission is to create a healthy and sustainable livestream ecosystem. We strive to ensure our users and creators a high quality experience on the platform. This role will be based in Los Angeles, CA.
- Create best practices and procedures
- Manage key initiatives to improve content and monetization ecosystem
- Leverage data to drive strategies and priorities
- Work with cross-functional teams, including PMs, Ops, Policy, Data Science, etc., to ensure smooth progress of projects
- Coordinate various requests and constraints from partners and stakeholders
- Facilitate communication across multiple teams and leadership

Minimum Qualifications:

- BA/BS degree
- 2-5 years of experience working in program or project management
- Experience of content safety, quality, moderation or monetization
- Experience of working on UGC or PGC products
- Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Experience in leading data-driven projects
- Excellent SQL or analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels, including leadership teams, managers, and peers
- Experience working in ambiguity, achieving results in a fast-paced environment, and continually adapting to changing business needs
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $79000 - $117000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
