About the Team
TikTok LIVE Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.
The Campaign Operations team will be responsible for creating and executing campaigns in Indonesia for TikTok LIVE. They will work closely with cross-functional teams such as product, managing creators, and partners to ensure campaigns are successfully executed, resulting in increased customer engagement and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Create and optimize promotions for campaigns including videos, posters, and copy writting.
- Monitor promotions performances, develop creative ideas according to trends.
- Arrange and set up traffic resources, create report and monitor content.
- Assist operations of offline events and product operations.
- Arrange merchandise procurement and distributions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduating in Y2026 and able to take on an internship in Y2025
- Fluent in spoken and written English and proficiency in Indonesian
- Preference for candidates with a strong interest in international markets.
- Good time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, stress resistance, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ownership mindset.
