We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our US product marketing team, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.
We're seeking an exceptional Strategy and Operation Lead to spearhead our efforts within the product team. As the driving force behind our seller ecosystem, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of e-commerce on one of the world's most dynamic platforms. We're looking for a leader who can combine strategic acumen with operational prowess to propel our seller experience to new heights.
Responsibilities
- Craft and execute innovative strategies to elevate the TikTok Shop seller experience across multiple dimensions, from policy & moderation, order & fulfillment, partner integration, and seller support.
- Collaborate closely with product and business teams to identify, prioritize, and shape business and product solutions that drive seller efficiency and satisfaction.
- Harness the power of data analytics to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for continuous improvement, ensuring that our seller ecosystem remains ahead of the curve.
- Lead by example in driving operational excellence, streamlining internal processes, and scaling seller support to meet the evolving needs of our growing community.
- Nurture and empower a team of strategy and operation professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and value-driven innovation.
Qualifications
- Exceptional analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive business results.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for influencing and collaborating effectively across diverse teams and organizational levels.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a history of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful outcomes on complex initiatives.
- A passion for technology, e-commerce, and innovation, coupled with a deep understanding of online marketplace dynamics and customer behavior.
- A natural ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, coupled with a proactive and adaptable mindset that embraces change as an opportunity for growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
- A proven track record of 5 years in e-commerce, business operations, or strategy roles, with a focus on delivering exceptional seller experiences and navigating complex marketplace dynamics.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $141360 - $275652 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
