Job Description
1. Responsible for TikTok Local Service governance & experience product operations, including internal moderation system, enforcement platform, analysis platform, as well as external merchant and creator violation center, appeal center, service center, etc.
2. Responsible for planning and building the overall operations system of the governance product, and building a globalization Product Operations team;
3. Establish monitoring index system, data-driven, sort out GTM system and process, improve product penetration rate and satisfaction
4. Build a collaborative system for product, R&D, and global operations teams, converge and filter product issues reported by operations, merchants, and creators, output effective solutions, and enhance product capabilities
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of experience in product operation.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- More than 3 years of local service/e-commerce industry related operation/product operation experience, Internationalization experience is preferred
- Strong project management and cross-functional team collaboration is preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills, empathy, and patience
