About the Team:
TikTok continues to unlock opportunities for artists and labels, with an engaged community who love to build connections with artists and their music. The Artist Partnership team is working globally and locally with artists, managers and labels to unleash the promotional and marketing power of TikTok, helping artists to secure success on the platform, music streaming, hit charts and brand collaborations.
Responsibilities:
- Learn how to use internal music promotion resources and product functions.
- Assist in reviewing campaigns for clients, learning how to reference data points as evidence of positive and negative performance
- Assist in providing feedback to product team to improve promotional product for clients

- Understand the perspective of clients, TikTok users, and other stakeholders and make recommendations for product and campaign improvements based on this
- Assist in creator research, determining which creators are most suited for individual campaigns and projects
- Collaborate with the team to ensure campaigns meet clients' expectations, helping to optimize results and deliver creative strategies and impactful results
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of a rising student at a College or University
- Prior internship experience in music, marketing, tech, or entertainment
- Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated interest in the music industry and/or creator marketing
- Experience liaising between product and client teams
- Understanding of the music marketing landscape and the needs of artists/labels
