Responsibilities
TikTok E-Commerce's Product team is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace product fits the market needs of customers, sellers and creators. We work on user research, product solutions and product operation strategy, to improve seller & user efficiencies and to support the operation team to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct seller research through surveys, interviews, and feedback collection to gain insights into user needs and pain points, including but not limited to seller registration, listing, short-video making, growth & mission, payment settlement and other modules.
- Monitor key product metrics and further analyze product and business data to identify needs, issues, and areas for improvement, to provide merchants with a convenient and easy-to-use operating platform.

- Summarize and synthesize large volumes of information to extract key insights and drive decision-making.
- Develop and implement product operation plans to ensure smooth internal and external execution, and collaborate with Product Marketing to deliver GTM strategies, aiming to increase product penetration and adoption.
- Communicate and collaborate across teams, promote team work of high quality, and achieve project goals together.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree or above in 2023 or onwards.
- Available to start in May 2025.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, STEM major (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data processing and visualization (Excel, SQL, Python, or BI tools preferred).
- Excellent research and problem-solving abilities to identify and prioritize optimization opportunities.
- Ability to interpret complex information and summarize key insights efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Data, consultant, e-commerce intern/work background are preferred.
- Proficiency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish is a strong plus due to high level of engagement with local stakeholders and specific local language data analysis.
- Responsible and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments and an inspiring tech industry, able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
