The Product Marketing team for TikTok's Business Suite & Business Accounts is part of the Product Strategy and Operations (PSO) organization. This team focuses on enhancing the experience for Business Accounts (BAs), equipping them with tools for profile management, content creation, and engagement, accessible both through the TikTok app and the web-based Business Suite. Our goal is to support businesses of all sizes by helping them build their communities, engage audiences, and grow their impact on TikTok.
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the product strategy and go-to-market efforts for Business Suite and Business Accounts features that streamline account setup, content management, and user engagement. You will be an integral part of the product lifecycle-from identifying customer needs and collaborating cross-functionally, to launching and driving adoption of features that empower businesses to thrive on TikTok.
About TikTok Business Suite & Business Accounts:
Business Accounts are free profiles that help businesses act like creators while gaining access to exclusive performance insights, creative tools, and engagement features. The Business Suite serves as the central hub for managing Business Accounts, offering easy access to analytics, creative tools, leads management, and profile management through both mobile and web.

- Profile & Content Management: Manage your business profile, schedule posts, and leverage creative tools to create engaging content that resonates with your audience.
- Engagement & Lead Management: Tools for audience engagement through comments, direct messaging, and lead generation to foster deeper connections with potential customers.
- Analytics & Insights: Access detailed metrics on audience demographics, content performance, and lead generation to optimize business strategy.
- Creative Hub: Get inspired by trending videos and discover creative ideas to enhance content creation.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy and Go-to-Market Execution:
- Lead product strategy and GTM initiatives for Business Suite & Business Accounts, focusing on profile management, content, and audience engagement.
- Develop compelling value propositions and messaging to highlight the benefits of streamlined tools for business growth.
- Drive global adoption through targeted marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer education programs.
- Define and track success metrics to ensure Business Suite features meet user needs and business objectives.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to align on feature requirements, ensuring business needs are reflected in development.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to identify market opportunities and create targeted strategies for SMBs and enterprises.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials, user training, and documentation to support product adoption.
3. Innovation and Product Testing:
- Lead alpha/beta testing for new Business Suite features, gathering early feedback to refine and improve offerings.
- Ensure scalability and continuous improvement through robust testing and feedback loops.
4. Market Insight and Strategy:
- Conduct research on market trends, competitive products, and customer feedback.
- Leverage insights to inform product strategy, positioning, and GTM plans to ensure competitiveness.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing or product management, ideally within social media, SaaS, or B2B platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer journey, content engagement, and business account needs on digital platforms.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with customer personas, content tools, or business analytics is a plus.
- Experience with business tools, engagement features, or B2B products in digital platforms.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103200 - $244888 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
