The Product Marketing team for TikTok Business Center is part of the Product Strategy and Operations (PSO) organization. This team focuses on transforming Business Center into a unified workspace that simplifies workflows, improves analytics, and integrates tools for advertisers to manage their organic and paid campaigns.
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive product strategy and go-to-market efforts for centralized tools within TikTok Business Center. This role is essential to shaping and promoting features that improve workflows, reporting, and collaboration for advertisers, agencies, and developers.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Go-to-Market Execution
- Define product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for centralized tools, including Organic Analytics, Comment Manager, Creative Library, Leads Center, and the revamped Business Center homepage.
- Drive adoption of these features by developing go-to-market strategies, targeted marketing campaigns, and sales enablement resources.
- Establish and track success metrics to evaluate product performance and adoption.
- Collaborate with developers and partners on initiatives like the App Center to expand Business Center's ecosystem.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Sales to align centralized tools with advertiser and agency needs, ensuring they meet market demands, improve workflow efficiency, and provide actionable insights.
- Work with design and research teams to incorporate user feedback and refine product offerings.
- Develop marketing collateral, user guides, and training materials to support adoption of centralized tools.
Market Research and Innovation
- Conduct market research to identify user needs, industry trends, and competitive opportunities.
- Lead product testing phases, including alpha and beta launches, to gather insights and drive improvements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of product marketing or product management experience, preferably in digital platforms or advertising.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Strong understanding of advertiser workflows, analytics, and content management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with centralized tools for analytics, content management, or reporting.
- Familiarity with app ecosystems and developer engagement.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103200 - $244888 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
