Responsibilities
Monetization product-close loop direction is the advertising product dedicated for TikTok Shop merchants/brands to grow their business on TikTok.
TikTok Shop is an innovative new shopping feature that enables merchants, brands, and creators to showcase and sell products directly on TikTok through in-feed videos, LIVEs, the product showcase tab, and the shopping center (2nd tab of the TikTok app). Now TikTok Shop is available in SEA, UK and US.
You'll bring an understanding of advertising, a knowledge of the competitive landscape, and a passion for storytelling to this highly collaborative role. Your experience, knowledge, and focus will make you the champion for your products, both internally and in the market.

Responsibilities:
1. Partner closely with sales teams to deeply understand businesses' pain points, form business requirements and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of product development.
2. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional programs and initiatives.
3. Partner with PMM and sales teams to build an understanding of TikTok Shop monetization products and leverage these products to achieve customer goals.
4. Define go-to-market strategy for TikTok Shop monetization products. Instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy.
5. Prioritize, distill and surface market intelligence to shape future advertising products.
6. Work with the growth team to drive close-loop E-commerce ads growth
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
1. 3+ years of work experience in product marketing/operations role, or other operational roles in advertising/E-commerce.
2. Self-starter with strong project management skills, ability to grasp the core context, identify key risks, and cooperate with all parties to achieve goals.
3. Analytical, data sensitive & goal-driven. Comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial & error iterations and constantly improving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Great communicator & team-worker. Comfortable navigating global organization structures & aligning objectives with cross-functional teams. Thriving in a work environment with diverse cultures.
- Experience in digital advertising and knowledge of E-commerce is a plus.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $148000 - $240000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
