Responsibilities
About the Team
As a product manager on our Trust & Safety team, you will work with teams of engineers, data scientists, operations, product policies, and various relevant internal teams to build safety product features and strategies. You will be working on safety features, technical strategies to improve our trust and safety processes, as well as methods to detect and address risky behaviors and actors in the community. You will also work on project management to deliver major Trust and Safety product changes. Travel between our global offices is expected.
Responsibilities:
- Drive complex projects independently, define the safety product roadmap, set success metrics that inform the success of safety efforts, and partner across the organization to develop action plans;

- Focus on mitigating risks associated with photo-text posts while balancing risk coverage and enhancing creator experiences;
- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, operations as well as cross-functional partners, to establish a workflow to critically analyze, prioritize, and drive cross-functional efforts to achieve success;
- Develop a robust workflow for cross-team collaboration, manage large-scale product improvement projects to improve community safety.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above;
- 3+ years of product management experience in Consumer-Facing mobile or web Internet companies;
- Strong project management and communication skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders in different timezones and influence global cross-functional teams;
- Proven experience designing product solutions based on evidence and expert in utilizing data and research to analyze product designs;
- Hands-on experience identifying and optimizing performance to improve product quality and user experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Trust and Safety and understanding the landscape and new policy development and implementation;
- Familiar with agile development methodologies, product management frameworks and algorithms;
- Experience in organizing and coordinating large-scale projects;
- Experience of working with global partners.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165120 - $311600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
