Product Manager, Trust & Safety, New Feature - Seattle

Responsibilities:
- Design tailored safety solutions, including user-facing tools and strategies, based on the unique characteristics of emerging TikTok features;
- Set success metrics and collaborate across the organization to implement action plans;
- Independently drive multiple complex projects simultaneously, establishing a robust workflow for seamless cross-team collaboration;
- Utilize industry insights, user research, and data analysis to track the effectiveness of safety measures;
- Identify potential areas for improvement, prioritize effectively, and iterate using appropriate methodologies;
- Define the long-term product roadmap for a scalable and efficient safety system for new features.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher;
- 5 years of product management experience in consumer-facing mobile or web internet companies;
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different time zones and influence global cross-functional teams;
- Proven experience in designing product solutions based on data and research, with expertise in analyzing and improving product designs;
- Hands-on experience in identifying and optimizing performance to enhance product quality and user experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role;
- Experience in Trust and Safety and understanding the landscape and new policy development and implementation;
- Familiar with agile project management skills, recommendation system and ML;
- Experience in organizing and coordinating large-scale projects;
- Experience of working with global partners.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $199500 - $393300 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
