Product Manager - TikTok Sports

2. Deeply understand the needs of sports rights-holders, athletes/celebrities, and creators, as well as content ecosystems and traffic strategies, to design and implement relevant strategies and features.
3. Analyze trends in content products and the sports industry ecosystem to identify effective growth directions.
4. Collaborate closely with teams such as Algorithms, Engineer, Data Science, and Operation teams to drive business success.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with 3+ years of experience in internet content products. Deep understanding of the U.S. sports industry and a passion for sports content.
2. Proficiency in English as the primary working language, with excellent cross-cultural understanding, communication and persuasion skills, organizational coordination, and execution capabilities. Results-oriented.
3. Strong logical thinking skills, with the ability to understand complex business scenarios and demands, define problems, and break down solutions.
4. Exceptional user insight capabilities, with the ability to deeply understand the needs of creators.
5. Solid data skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
2. Proficiency in SQL is a plus.
3. Familiarity with recommendation systems, machine learning, and A/B testing is a plus.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165120 - $414000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
