About Our Team
TikTok LIVE Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.
Responsibilities:
1. Being responsible for TikTok LIVE Revenue & Campaign Product, responsible for overall user experience for respective category domains and different user cases, providing tailored solutions to respective categories, contributing to improving User Experience and Revenue Growth.
2. Utilize data analysis, industry research, and user feedback to identify optimization opportunities, supporting the design and implementation of product solutions.
3. Help drive improvements in user acquisition, conversion rates, and customer retention by assisting with product planning and collaborating on operational initiatives.
4. understanding of the industry ecosystem, including creators, creator networks, and users, to help streamline product offerings, and build trust for better business growth.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in computer science, mathematics, or statistics preferred. Or current full-time MBA/ Master student or equivalent experience.
2. Solid understanding of product planning and strategy, with the ability to break down business problems into product solutions and proactively develop short, medium, and long-term plans for execution.
3. Strong data analysis skills to identify product challenges and propose actionable product solutions independently.
4. Good user empathy and business acumen, with the ability to understand project contexts and evaluate outcomes.
5. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to identify issues, facilitate communication between teams, and effectively manage resources. Well-developed interpersonal skills and a strong ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in product management, preferably with a background in content and livestream community, as well as international product experience.
2. Preferred experience in the user/revenue/transaction/platform product field.
