The TikTok Creator & Ecosystem team develops world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, creator marketing, interpretation, and optimization to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and other third parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to end users.
We are user-oriented and dedicated to technical excellence. We aim to drive and lead technology renovation in the ad tech and creative industries, powering products and driving values for our clients, creators, and the whole ecosystem. We are looking for experienced product managers to continually push the innovation bar and make TikTok the best place to get inspired and express creativity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product strategy for TikTok Creator & Ecosystem, including identifying key market opportunities, setting product roadmaps, and delivering against ambitious revenue targets
- Work as the product manager for TikTok Creator Marketing and Creator Monetization related products, own product strategy and roadmap, prioritize, align and deliver clear product goals and success metrics
- Develop in-depth understanding of demand (advertiser) and supply (creator), identify and execute the product improvement to drive adoption and retention from both sides
- Drive execution through working directly with engineering, design, QA, data science, operations, marketing, sales and other cross-functional teams
- Educate and influence both internal leadership and external stakeholders on TikTok's ads creative and creator ecosystem strategy
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of product management experience, preferably building products/tools related to advertising
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Deep understanding of the advertising landscape and the needs of advertisers, including experience with creative development, media buying, and ad optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, design, data science, and business development teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex product concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with multi-project management and execution in a cross-functional environment
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role
- Self-starter who can manage large cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $100000 - $171000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
