About the team
The Business Integrity team's mission is to uphold ethical advertising on TikTok. We're looking for teammates who are passionate and dedicated to promoting best-in-class business practices for our global user audience.
Product Managers within the Business Integrity domain will become integral members of an accomplished team, collaborating side-by-side with specialists in engineering, data science, operations, and policy-making.

New teammates will also be joining an initiative that has only just gotten started; we have far more questions than answers--even as new challenges appear each day. Candidates must be hungry for perspective when forming their product hypotheses and relentless in driving those hypotheses toward tangible results.

Responsibilities:
- Define business problems, goals, and product solutions of TikTok Ads Integrity that keep our users from violated Ads
- Design strategies that can better balance the goal of risk control and revenue growth
- Learn from users' feedback, case analysis, and measurements to find new opportunities
- Continuously incorporate cross-functional teams and drive the team's success

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Fluency or proficiency in Mandarin, for product launches and communication with external stakeholders
- 3+ years experience in product management, having launched at least one product from 0-1 (this does not include total years of experience)
- 3+ years of experience in Business Integrity or Trust and Safety
- 3+ years of experience working with Ads tech business
- Demonstrated experience building solutions based on artificial intelligence or machine learning is a plus.
- Proven ability to work closely and side-by-side with engineers, effectively communicating product requirements and collaborating on product development.
- Strong skills in synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions. This includes the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to drive product strategy and feature prioritization.

Preferred Qualifications:
-5 years experience in product management, having launched at least one product from 0-1 (this does not include total years of experience)
- 5 years of experience in Business Integrity or Trust and Safety
- 5 years of experience working with Ads tech business
- Advertising experience is also desired. This could involve working on product features related to advertising, understanding advertising markets, and collaborating with advertising partners.
- Experience in building solutions related to content quality or authenticity is highly preferred.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128000 - $230800 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
