Responsibilities
We're looking for a Product Manager to build measurement products to help marketers and brands realize their true business value generated by TikTok and across all of their media channels. You will work with cross-functional teams across the globe on products that touch 'millions' of advertisers.

- Define success metrics and analyze data to inform product strategy and prioritization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals and objectives for ad measurement products
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing and Sales to develop, test, and launch products

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Computer Science or equivalent science/technical field is preferred
- 1+ years of experience in product management, having taken one or more internet products through the full product cycle, from requirements to launch
- 3+ years of other related technical experience
- Experience defining vision, strategy and roadmap for a software product
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
- Experience in ads monetization business and ecosystem
- Experience working with data teams and external partners to build measurement models and frameworks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of ad tech and the measurement space, including direct response and brand advertising
- PhD in a quantitative field such as statistics, physics, economics or political science, or MS/MA degree with 2+ years of experience in data science or research science
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English for global cross-functional collaboration

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $141588 - $296020 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
