Team Introduction
The Creative Product and Operations, under the Global Monetization Product and Technology Team, are a critical means of accelerating the global sales of Tiktok's paid media offering by working with 3rd party partners/agencies/creators to produce, optimize and strategize content that make marketing on TikTok easy and effective.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Product Go-to-Market (GTM) Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive GTM strategies for new and existing products, ensuring successful launches to drive market penetration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute GTM strategies: Collaborate with sales counterparts, engineers, marketing and global PMMs to find product fit ensuring deep market penetration and feedback loops for improvement.
- Market research and analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and market trends. Analyze data to inform GTM strategy and optimize product positioning.
- Product positioning and messaging: Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates the product in-market. Develop product position based on market needs and larger organisational goals.
- Client empathy: Clearly consider what market needs are across a diverse range of advertisers and develop comprehensive GTM approaches for impact.
- Launch planning and execution: Lead planning and execution of product GTM, including defining timelines, resource allocation and developing feedback loops.
- Campaign tracking and reporting: Monitor and analyze GTM performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and report findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, marketing or a related field.
- Must have a keen understanding of creator ecosystems - how they work with brands, agencies and platforms.
- Must have a good understanding of how brands marketers operate - from brand campaigns to media buying.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products and driving market penetration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder management, with the ability to clearly and simply communicate complex concepts to various audiences.
Preferred Qualification:
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
