Team Introduction
The Product and Process Operations team at TikTok works cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to develop holistic integrity solutions to support monetization efforts and products. This team identifies new product opportunities, improves processes, translates pain points into solutions, and leads complex projects end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Devise holistic and end-to-end integrity solutions and roadmaps for monetization products and clients to ensure TikTok ads are safe and appropriate, and to support the business in unlocking revenue opportunities.
- Work closely and build trusted relationships with cross-functional partners, including TikTok Monetization Product, Ad policy, Integrity Product teams, Data science, Integrity Operations Teams, Risk Governance, Training, and Experience teams.
- Proactively identify and resolve ad integrity related issues in our products and processes; translate problems into tangible and feasible solutions to drive growth, improve efficiency, experience and to manage risk and quality.
- Metrics monitoring and conducting necessary data and root cause analysis to drive business growth and metrics optimization
- Generate clear business requirements and partner with product and technical teams to deliver them
- Anticipate growth and support headcount capacity planning and accurate forecasting for appropriate integrity coverage
- Define and execute launch/go-to-market strategies
- Prioritize business requirements to ensure you are working on the most impactful projects
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Highly data-sensitive, you are capable of in-depth interpretation through data analysis. You own key business integrity metrics across efficiency, quality, risk and experience.
- Extensive experience in complex coordination, program management, product management, product operations, large-scale commercial business risk control or technology/solution consultancy; Experience supporting product launches in multiple markets is a plus; ideally, in ad integrity or risk control space.
- You're entrepreneurial. You're self-driven and organized. Comfortable working in ambiguous yet fast-paced environments and passionate about building solutions that scale.
- A clear communicator of product and other decisions and their rationale. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) proven at all levels of an organization
- Experienced in stakeholder management, strong influencing skills and proven ability to build trusted partnerships. With proven business analysis skills, you have the ability to bridge technical and business to ensure alignment.
- You have a deep interest in developing and growing business opportunities by solving customer problems and proactively identifying opportunities to optimize products and processes
- Fluency in Mandarin due to global cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Qualifications:
- You have a strong innovative spirit and learn fast! You are serious about delivering impact to the business. You are someone who finds joy and takes pride in the work you do.
- An in-depth understanding of advertising business, content business and its related technologies
- Interest / exposure to key verticals such as Search ads among performance advertising business
- Business analysis, data engineering, technical background is preferred
- Experienced in monetization products operation, especially in ad business operation and corresponding process optimization

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $117333 - $270000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
