About The Team
The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for AI Data Service and Operations team under Trust & Safety, mainly providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security.

The Efficiency Process and Services (EPS) Team acts as a program manager, which will take on different responsibilities and functions under different stages and structures of the team. From the perspective of efficiency improvement and process optimization, we hope to help you solve some problems or push some things together through but not limited to the following scenarios.
It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.
This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with AI data service business teams, providing full-cycle plans and solutions for their quality, efficiency, training and operation process according to their development phase and strategy. Continue to improve process and management efficiency.
- Responsible for the full life cycle management of key projects/products within the AI data service team, ensuring on-time delivery with high quality. Able to analyze and improve the delivery and efficiency process through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Understand the front-line team of AI data service deeply, proactively dig out the pain points of front-line roles and team management, improve and align the front-line management process from an overall perspective, and solve delivery problems.
- Continuously discover and analyze the optimization points in teams, businesses, and projects from the perspective of users, coordinate upstream and downstream resources, formulate complete plans, and promote efficient implementation and high-quality operation of solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Completion of Bachelor's degree or above.
- 2 years of experience in end-to-end product life cycle or project management in Internet or Tech companies.
- Experience in managing large scale process improvement.
- Data analysis experience and able to use data to make business decisions.
- Goal-oriented, with a deep sense of project ownership, user-centric thinking, and a focus on process and management optimization.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English and Mandarin (to work with external Mandarin speaking stakeholders).
- Excellence stakeholder management experience with experience in working with regional/global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with office software such as Excel, Word, etc.
- Familiar with data analytics tools such as SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
- Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
- Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
